Peter Andre: Insania (East West)
By Emily Gkikas
Monday, 31 May 2004

We all heard poor Peter’s piss poor attempt to resurrect his pop career whilst in the jungle of all places, and to his due (and a little help of Chris Moyles) he managed to get 'Mysterious Girl' to number one. ‘Mysterious Girl’ is actually an ‘alright’ song. ‘Insania’ is not.

A bigger mystery than the aforementioned girl is how the writing credits on the single credit not just Peter. Did the six-pack have some help in the jungle? Was it in fact composed before he went in? Or am I just being cynical and the other guy just helped out with the arrangement and stuff? If that is the case then he should be sacked. This single sounds like it has been thrown together in a tacky seaside resort and put on a tape to take home as souvenir.

Peter, you were amusing for a while. Now the novelty has worn off.
