So ephemeral are LA mock rockers G Tom Mac’s comeback that they’ve announced a UK tour, comprising just three dates over the Halloween period. They (semi-) famously penned ‘Cry Little Sister’ which appeared on The Lost Boys soundtrack, which Marilyn Manson used to listen too all the time at high school, apparently. 20 years down the line, G Tom Mac, haven’t quite managed to come up with another entry for your Halloween mix CD but a power ballad that’s strangely lacking the genre’s requisite driving force, yet just about compelling enough that it’s bound to be used in a TV drama or film sometime soon anyway.
