Whether it’s chiefly nature or nurture is unclear, yet what’s indisputable is that the parties James used to hold with hubby Michael Mason, a country-tinged vocalist in his own right, where guests took it in turns at the mike freed Willy to follow his folks into a life of music. And this latest single delivers the latest instalment of Mason the younger’s series of socially-realistic song-stories.
