 Hey, hey, hey! Happy new year – I’m not too late, am I? My return was imminent and er, here I am, raring to go in 2008. But while this page has been dormant for a while, the reviews have constantly been rolling in and the eagle beagles among you will have spotted one from me. Crikey! Yes, it’s a live report on Mr David Gray. Quite how I found myself enjoying a David Gray concert is baffling but it’s true.
And oh, the newly refurbished Roundhouse venue in Camden is amazing. It’s so good I had to go back for a second look when I was parked in the third row of a Russell Brand gig. Unfortunately I’ve probably been mentally blacklisted in Brand’s mind after I somewhat offended him with a question. Oh well, I feel quite chuffed my tiny voice reverberated around the circular surroundings of the Roundhouse without a mic.
So with Christmas and new year celebrations done and dusted, what does the new year hold for uk-fusion? Quite possibly Dr Dickos will be coming out of retirement very soon but don’t forget the latest reviews hitting these pages. In the mean time, I’ll be poking the rest of the team to come forth and be bold in their words for an editorial. Especially Jonathan who's stuck in Siberia right now. Nice.
