The Rascals: Suspicious Wit (Deltasonic)
By Matthew Hirtes
Monday, 18 February 2008

It’s not only lead Rascal Miles Kane’s voice that snarls on this latest single from the trio from the Wirral; it’s his guitar too. So Liam Gallagher may have some competition for surliest front man around after all. Yet any other comparisons with Oasis are redundant, seeing as this marital bliss of melody and racket defecates, and from a very great height at that, on anything the Brothers Grim have recorded since their Britpop heyday.
