No doubt you’re familiar with the phrase "so bad, it’s good." Here’s a new one for you. "So bad, it’s fucking abysmal." 

Come share the joy of the new Stereophonics single.  Listen to that ripped-off 1960s guitar riff drone on and on ad nauseum.  Shake your head and wonder where Ocean Colour Scene are when you need them.  It’s *that* bad.  There’s more originality in the Hollyoaks omnibus.  Someone high up in V2 Towers should do the world a favour and tell the Welsh mediocrities to fuck off and Dai.

They must be stopped, not least because they are fast becoming the only band that make Oasis look cutting-edge. More depressing, future generations of musicians, young and impressionable as they are, might view this as "fun" or, worse, "quite good."
