This film does for McDonalds what Fahrenheit 9/11 did for George Bush.  It will change the way you think about junk food and might discourage you from ever eating at one of the aforementioned restaurants ever again.

Director Morgan Spurlock decides that he is going to spend a month eating nothing but McDonalds meals, three times a day.  To some people this might sound like their dream lives, but after watching him abuse his body one really feels like yelling for him to stop.

The movie was inspired by a lawsuit where two teenagers sued McDonalds for making them obese.  It sounds laughable but, by the end of the picture, the audience understand that perhaps there is a ring of truth in it.  A strong stomach is necessary, though, because when he’s not hurling, he’s stuffing his face.  It’s a fascinating documentary in the Michael Moore school of filmmaking and well worth watching, especially if one is thinking of eating more healthily.
